I am camping at YZerfontein from 27/4 to 1 May. I have a choice of three routes to do.

1. Blombosch - Sunday afternoon drive

3. Buffelsfontein 4x4 - Dunes

The last two are both described as 80Km from Cape Town and about 12 to 17 km's from Yzerfontein so it looks as if it is neighbouring farms.

Contacted 3# and the cost is R210 per vehicle plus two occupants and an additional R30 / person for 3+.

They do suggest we book so I have to move fast.

Who is joining me and what day would suit you best?

Myself Rob with blister,Anthony Patrol and a few others are also booked for Yzerfontein at the same time. We done Buffelsfontein last time and we where thinking about Swartbergvlie on this one

I have no problem with this. Just check with Swartbergvlei if the track is available. They normally have events and shows over the holidays and long weekends and do not have the track available.

Might end up doing both. Want to give Swambo some playtime in the sand and Buffelsfontein is ideal for it.

It's totally up to you which day it is. Arriving on Friday and only leaving on Tuesday.
