Wilddog,
I replaced both front and rear ant roll bar "D" bushes (sway bar)earlier this year.
I fitted Super Pro polyurathene bushes, not sure if you can get them in SA but if you can get them mail order well worth it, far better then the standard OEM rubber bush.
If doing it yourself is relativley easy, you can mange without ramps, but would recommend a couple of jacks as the sway bar needs pressure to ease it back into position. From memory they are held in by two bolts (14mm socket) and torque setting is 10Nm. Also make a note of which way the bush comes of, the bush opening needs to be facing in the right direction and front is different to rear. Remember to torque up when the car is on the ground not whilist its up in the air or supported by the jack in any way.
Hope this helps.

I have never bought rubber/poly bushes from the agents.
I take the old ones out and trundle off to the local suspension/steering workshop.
They have always been able to provide matching replacements, at a fraction of the originals' price.
If it is not quite the same quality, you save so much that you can replace them a few times and still win.

the gen3 front antiroll bar is not under tension at rest. It only has stress when the vehicles tries to articulate.
I replaced mine while the car was at rest. Very easy job...... if the bolts are not rusted in.
