Seat making noise

Hi
My left front seat is making a noise when no-one is sitting on it! Is there some kind of service kit for it cause that will drive me bonkers

Its a gen 2 swb so its the folding seat!

I have the same car, mine used to make the same noise, it was the cd shuttle that was mounted there!

I will check for that because the amp on mine is mounted there.
