Pajero Owners Club of South Africa

On a recent trip to Mabua about 55kl from the gate i heard a klack sound and gone was the trailer! the tow-bar bracket on my Gen2 LWB Pajero broke of and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. Luckily Richard at the park gate came to my rescue and towed my trailer to the park. Friends joined a day later and towed my trailer back to SA. My question to you, I see the tow-bar is actually part of the chassis - can it be replaced?

Would be interesting to see some pictures, and it's very surprising it broke. As you say it's part if the chassis. Where exactly was the break?
