Depending on how my gallivanting overseas (both the Atlantic and the Vaal) go, I'd like to gauge whether anyone will be interested in the West Coast Eco trail.

I'm looking at the September long weekend (3-4 nights), maximum 6 vehicles.

It will probably be consist of 1 night at Hondeklip, 1 night just south of Groenrivier and probably two nights at a nice spot further south that I found, about 40km from the mines exit.

Wow,
That sounds great - the date is impossible for me.

We will be two Pajeros (three couples) in Paternoster the first two weeks of November (that date is as fixed as a human can fix a date - in other words "if life doesn't happen"). A Hondklip and Groenrivier run is already on the cards. I have only once traveled through there, so any info and tips will be wonderful.

Hi, Iam living in Hondeklip Bay, but won't be able to go along  . You can however stop at the Abalone Research Facility to meet :D . If you need any assistance and if you think I can help, please do not hesitate to ask.

Hope to see you here.

Hi Simon

Was planning a trip to Springbok and surrounds around the same time. Not to far from Hondeklip so maybe? Give me a call 083 460 0464
