I have got a 2002 3.5litre LWB japanese Pajero, i would like to raise the Suspension slightly as its a bit low for offroad in Zimbabwe. Can i just change the springs? if so where would you recommend i get them as no one stocks them here in Zimbabwe.

Longer coils will definitely give you some lift and any springworks company should be able to make you up a set. Van Zyls Springworks here in South Africa are sure to be able to make them up but costs to courier them to yo might be a bit much. You can also fit spacers on top of your current springs which will give you very much the same result. Here is a thread that describes this method. The spacers that Uys sells are made from aluminium so weight wise would be a lot cheaper to courier.

Thanks very much for the info.
The costs are not to hectic to send them up here, i would like them done properly, there is no one here that does it.
Could you send me some contact details for the springs guys.
