My 2006 Gen3 Pajero GLX has developed a grinding noise coming from the right hand side of the steering box when turning the wheels. The vehicle has done 143000 km's and has a full franchise service record.
An easter weekend trip of about 1000 km's is coming up shortly.
Should I be concerned? Should I have the steering box checked before the trip?
