I recently bought a 2003 3.2 Did 5 door and I am trying to fold the second row of seats forward . It is a split seat and I can sometimes fold the smaller section forward but not the bigger 2 seat section . Is there a trick to doing it ?
I looked through the manual and couldn't find anything , if anyone can help I would really appreciate it
Mine does the same. I normally manage to fold it up after many attempts. Pull the lever on the back all the way and fold the backrest down firmly. If it doesn't work, reset the backrest to the original position and repeat. Mine usually folds up after about ten attempts.
Once folded, I believe you can adjust the cable inside the seat to solve the problem. I don't know if any adjustment can be done while the seat is in the normal position. Perhaps someone else can give us a few pointers here.

Remeber to get the seat back in an upright position before you try anything. Or she gets p***ed at you and refuses to go down
