How do I remove this?

Some idiot removed the switch on one of the headlamps on the second row. I would like to replace the switch but I can't remove the cover. On the air outlet side of the cover it has a clip into the headlinig but on the lamp side of the cover it wont come loose. From the manual there are two screws, but I can't see any screws in my cover (See the attached manual and photo)
