Took a trip from furthermost part of Vaal Dam to Kestell if OFS over April 80% on Twee Spoor Roads. There was a clunk sound which came from the front passenger door (towards the back of the panel) and only on certain rough patches. Not a constant noise, but seems that when jolted the noise appears?!?!? Tried to take the panel off myself to check, and could not see anything loose, even checked the speaker, but no joy! Anyone experienced the same or know where to look so I can get it fixed before it drives us crazy... Could be the window arm, not sure

Go onto a bad road and get it to make the sound again. Then roll down the window and drive the same section.Just to eliminate the plastic brackets that hold the window as i have heard often that they can loosen.
If its not the door its very possible the centre pillar where the seatbelt does into.Very often it sounds like a noise comes from a certain place only to find it at a different one.

Thanks for the feedback John, I will try your method and hopefully it is only the window bracket. If it is I then need to find a reputable Mitsu dealer to help resolve the issue.
