Brake Shudder Gen 4

Help!! My 2010 Gen 4 3.2d developed a serious shudder. Spent serious bucks at the stealers (several times) towards replacing pads about every 35000kms.
Had a skim done (on a lathe apparently?) once and recently an in situ skim.
Front shudder gone, rear shudder now so bad that it is difficult to keep the vehicle on the road during a long descent (Nkomati valley towards upper reaches of Maguga dam...)
I am a technical novice and since I do not negotiate when it comes to brakes would like to have contact details of professionals in the Nelspruit area. And not the stealers..

I had similar problems with 2 of my Pajeros. In my case the problem occurs from heat that built up from the calipers not releasing fully due to dirt/stickyness of the caliper bolts. One can overcome the problem by taking out the bolts, cleaning them and coating with copper slip grease before installing. This solved my problem on my old 2001 Pajero 3.2D.
For my new car 2013 Pajero Legend, the agents however lost the battle with the LiquidCapital(Imperial) to replace the discs under maintenance plan.
On the previous maintenance plans (ABSA)- they would replace all the worn parts and sort out the problem.
I have no confidence in the distributor of Mitsubishi in SA (Imperial) and their maintenance plan (Liquid Capital). Imperial is only looking at squeezing money out of the product and service and feel nothing for Mitsubishi.
Wish I could get the contact details of Mitsubishi in Japan.
After driving Mitsubishi for 15 year I will now go back to Toyota.

I think the best solution would be to go the Powerbrake route..The results i have read have all been fantastic and the price seems to be fairly good.Google Powerbrake and see what its about

I tried that last year but they didn't have any for the Gen 4, maybe they have them now (I'm talking about a design, not stock)

Hi Guys. I've got a Gen 3 2004 3.5 V6 LWB, and i am also battling with intense brake shudder in the front. I had the front disks replaced 3 months ago because i was told that they were on their way out, even though there wasnt any brake shudder at the time. I The left front wheel bearing collapsed about a month ago and i had the hub replaced and shortly after that, the brake shudder started. Its progressively gotten worse and if i brake at anything over 50kmh, it feels like my brain is going to fall out of my head due to the shuddering and violent jerking! i have had the car looked at today, and was told that it might be the upper and lower ball joints? Can anybody help me please?

Gents - Powerbrake has a set for the Gen 4. Just received them and will see when I can fit them.

They are on "special" - contact Francois via there website.
I downloaded the installation manual from this site and will stick it to the side of the car while fixing it.
Pity the Imperial take-over generally created a negative impression around these wonderful vehicles - I am getting gatvol enough to consider selling...
Difficult to let go though...

Done the dirty - installed Powerbrakes complete kit in the front and new OEM discs in the back, with pads. All other checks were done, caliper pins re-greased/cleaned, run-out within spec, etc etc..
Guess what - the shudder is back rear left.
What now? Brake booster overhaul? Decided to keep the vehicle for now but need to stop the bleeding and make her safe.
Any wisdom out there?
