Is there anyone who can shed light on the change of wheel bearings on a 99 model ?.Front and rear.
Is it a big job and or can it be done by oneself or should I take to someone to do?. Has anyone perhaps got a contact where I can get these bearings other than at a dealer as I understand it cost quite a bundle.
Thanks

I have just replaced front wheel bearings on my 96 gen2 3.5. Pretty straight forward. Uses 2 x taper roller bearings and a seal. Remove front wheel and front brake caliper, remove centre hub plate, remove circlip, lockbolt and then the large nut which pre-tensions the taper roller bearings.

Wheel bearing kits available from Midas under part number PQ428 approx R135 per side
