Hallo All,

I have a 2011 LWB Exceed (out of warranty) and the volume control on the radio as well as the steering controls does not adjust the volume anymore. The volume indicator shows the increase/decrease of volume but nothing happens. If I want to adjust the volume from say 10 to 15 I have to switch the radio on and off , or switch the NAV on and off.

Anyone had the same problem and can advise on how to correct please?

I have read a similar issue once before.The solution was just to have the radio removed,all plugs pulled and then reconnected.I remember the thread I saw saying the issue was resolved like this.Where you from?maybe i can assist somehow
