IO fuel filter aftermarket

Hi
I just phoned around for a fuel filter and the agents don't have. will take a month to import from Japan and also very expensive R1800 ex vat.
apparently there are other vehicles who use the same or similar filters which is also available aftermarket.
Can anyone tell me which other vehicles use same or similar fuel filters pls or perhaps the filter make and nr.
