As we are now done with the capetown fix we can start looking to assist in other areas.
So lets see how many Kzn members would like the fix done and if we can organize a fix weekend GTG..

We would be looking at a maximum of 10 cars this time. We did 13 in Cape Town and it was just 3 cars too many for one day. The costs will be R1200 per car as before. This will most likely only happen in the new year after the Christmas rush.

Kurt,
I have reason to believe Mitsu is not taking this problem, or your endeavours, seriously.

Thanks Roelf, I'm sure you are right. John and I will keep going with this as best we can. For interest sake, we took out two sets of "Mitsu" brackets on Saturday, these are the ones that are pop riveted across the top just under the dash and also on the sides of the radio into the plastic casing. Nowhere does their design actually support the centre section, other than to itself.

Apologies for hijacking the thread. Purchased a 2009 3.8 GLS LWB 3 weeks ago. Recently went on a dirt road and dashboard rattled so much I couldnt read the info on the radio.
How do I get hold of you MR G to get my brackets ??
