Smashed by irate bicker - does anyone know where I can find a replacement (only the actual mirror glas is required)
If you are not concerned about a curved mirror, any good glass shop can cut a mirror to the correct size and glue it to the holder.
If you want the curved mirror, the only option would be to find a secondhand one or buy a complete unit from the dealers.

A flat mirror would be useless. Get you wife to hold her vanity mirror in a suitable position while you are stationary and you will realise that you see very little with a flat mirror.
