Drivetrain issues, Pajero SWB 215

Having had my SWB now for 7 months and after paying for it as new in September 2015 I had the intermitted flashing lights on the dash where as the vehicle was looking for the front diff the be engaged. Engaging it, the 4 lights come on and after nominal distance I could go back to 2H and can drive for some distance before it happens again. Sometimes 4-5km's and then on other occasions up to 150+. Should I leave it in the "flickering mode" when it is seeing 4H it will go into limp mode, when the centre diff lock came on and the amber light is continuously flickering.
Had the vehicle numerous time back at the Dealership where I bought it from, but to date no definite solution can be found. The vehicle has been with them since last week Tuesday and to my surprise, I had a call from the Workshop Manager telling me that they have opened to centre diff and drained the oil whichh looks like marmite and is as thick as honey, and that after only 14 000km's which I accumulated since Sept 2015. What on earth does the centre diff lock has to do with the issues experienced on the front diff or are these components linked in some way.
Guys, I am indeed a frustrated owner for a vehicle I've paid lots of money for and obviously sitting without it now. Whatever the Dealership ,locally thinks that needs to be done, authority needs to be given from Mitsubishi's Head Office and after speaking to them in person, their answer was that their technical team is looking into the matter and will advise the local Dealership as to what needs to be done.
What are my options here since I've bought the vehicle as part of my retirement package and wish to use it for the purpose is was made for, which is doing 4x4 trails.
Any comments would be appreciated.
