theuns,

how are you enjoying yours? I have had great fun in mine and it's runnign well.

Gearbox was replaced at 98000km, got 166800 and some change on now. Nice van. Only k@k is with the front seats, they are coming apart at the seams. seems like they don't like sun very much.

I also put in IM 50mm supension lift, and it's handling better than with the rubbish import suspension!

soutie I am sorry I did not see your reply to my post.
Very happy with mine, did put Escape Gear seat covers on immediately after buying it.
ARB bullbar and slight lift but need to know what IM kit did you put on yours.
Waiting for my stofpad 4x4 bashplate since standard one good for tin can panties only and nothing else. :x
Looking for rock sliders if you have any to recommend.

Are you looking for rock sliders or side steps?

Done stofpad bash plates and rock sliders, also 50mm lift and new shocks.
For some amazing reason the girl gives me 8km/L or 12,5L/100km on the open road with 265 70 16 Hankook Dynapro ATM tires @ 120km/h. :D :D

Wow, sounds good. How the suspension lift etc improve handling?

The lift and new shocks made it 100% better than what it was.

I installed spacers from Uys for the coils and obtained better shocks than the wap it came with. ARB, Bash Plate and Rock Sliders and ground clearance lowest point front 245mm. :D

Done Babelonstoren 4x4 start October and she performed extremely well. From there done West Coast from Elandsbay to Strandfontein and then Nuwerus to Hondeklipbay. What a test and trip for the Triton. :) Love her as much as my Pajero now. :)
Even recovered a LR 110 Puma.
