EXCELLENT Service is one of those things we should be taking for granted from our dealers. However, I know from bitter experience with my previous vehicle - a SWB Terrano, lovely car, nightmare service - that this is only a dream.
NOW I own a Pajero, which I purchased as a second hand vehicle from Mitsubishi Hatfield (now Brooklyn) 2.5 years and 70000km ago and have had looked after by them ever since.
I want to say that I am truly, absolutely and 110% DELIGHTED with the way in which this dealership is looking after my vehicle (and me). I drive a lot for my work - often on my own and after dark - and cannot deal with the added insecurity of an unreliable or doubtful vehicle. If I go into the dealership with a concern, I absolutely NEED them to take me seriously and to DO something about it.
This dealership and in particular Samantha and her team have consistently gone not just one but many extra miles to make sure that everything is working as it should, that I understand what is giving rise to my concern, what to do about it, how to prevent it from becoming a problem and so on! And in spite of all this, I still get a smile when they see me coming!
Many, many thanks for this peace of mind and great service. I can recommend Mitsubishi Brooklyn to anyone looking for a reliable partner in maintaining their Pajero for a long and pleasant ride. And no, in case you are wondering, I have NOT been paid to say any of this!

I know Samantha from the days when she was still with Mitsubishi Centurion before they, sadly, closed that dealership.
Even then she was an excelent ambasador for Mitsubishi and her name has been mentioned here before in praise. I will make sure to send this thread on to Mitsu Brooklyn management and Sam directly.

I can add Rola Motors Somerset West and Pieter Le Roux to that list if you are in the Western Cape. Since I travel sometimes up that way it means there is also a caring service provider when on the road. Hope to have more info on other caring service provider for the Mits Brand.
