Diesel in oil

I am a new member and hope to get some advise. I own a 2005 3.2 Did SWB auto. It has about 230K on the clock. I notice that diesel gets into the oil at a rate of about 1,5ltr every 1000km. I bought the vehicle with a full service history. The previous owner told me he had the injectors replaced about 10k back. The Pajero starts and goes very well. If it is not the injectors it could be the seal on the diesel pump perhaps? Does anyone have a part number perhaps ?
