Hi,

I recently purchased a 2015 Pajero Sport with 130,000km. The heater in the car does not blow hot air. After taking it to the dealer the dealer informed me that this typical model runs off the temperature of the motor, and also noted that the water cooling system of the car is exceptional, thus in order to get the heater to work you would need to drive the vehicle hard in order for the heater temperature to heat up. Would like to know if other owners of the same series/year model have the same problem. Thanks

I don’t believe that the motor has to be completely hot to get some warmth out of the heater. After 10 minutes I have a warm car after a snowy day and night. -10 .
Bleeding the heater system with a pressure garden hose until all bubbles are gone.

Thank you Parabat. Dealer noted that the vehicle does not have a heater. Hot air from the engine is blown into the cabin. I have tried research on google to see the truth in what the dealer is telling me, but i cant find anything. I will check how about i go in order to "bleed" the heater system.

Good day mate, look on U TUBE it’s all there. Not difficult at all. Ya going to get wet . The truck must be raised in the FRONT and on jack stands. Pull the garden hose to the front of your truck. DO NOT USE hi pressure gun, you will bust the tiny radiator of the heater.
