Hi there guys

I am new to the 4x4 scene and proud to own a 3.0 SWB v6 pajero!
Vehicle was bought brand new by my grandfather and been in the family ever since.
I know it's not everyones cup of tea but I modify every car I own. Life is too short to be boring.

I joined the forum today and have been searching for this thread but no luck, perhaps someone can point me in the right direction if it exsits?

Is there anyone here that has done a turbo conversion on the 6g72 motor?
This seems to be somewhat uncharted territory, even internationally.

I do see some stong opinions to keep things stock so dont scold me too badly.

Well I might be seen as boring, we play with sub 8 sec drag racers and 1000nm torque diesels as well as some simle drift racers but my 4x4 I want .... need to be reliable.
The 6g72 is not a huge fan of big power, no matter how hard you try if you modify her reliability goes out the window.

aupgrade the engine to the 1UZ lexus with ht square rail and blow it a gentle .8 bar and you just love presing that loud pedal....untill your drive shafts look like koeksisters
