Disassembly of glove box

The mechanism via the handle with key hole is longer working. The rhs catch doesnt move, lhs is fine
Is there a way to part the plastic of the glove box, so that i can get at the mechanism.
As seen in the photos, the glove box has been removed from the dasboard
