The manual box is 100% mechanical AFAIK so if anything is wrong the repercussions may go through to the transfer case or engine and cause a sub failure there but I doubt that there are elctrickery monitoring the manual boxes. I think the transfer case and engine codes may be very similar except for the obvious diesel error codes.

Just quick updated since my last post.

I checked the Battery terminals, all clean a secured good. No white acid build up whatsoever.

The PJ have not acted up again YET. but still what i have noticed now and didnt pick it up earlier is that when you switch it of, she still splatters 3 or 4 more turns before the engine comes to a complete stop, where as the other PJ engine stops with about half to 1 turn after you turn the key.

your engine kill diaphragm's vacuum tube may not be connected
