Welcome to the Club,

Hope you enjoy it here, and get all the info you need, (Also hope you get your Pajero you want)
If I may be so bold, I would suggest you expand your search to include Gen 2.5 as well, as in my opinion
this is Mitsubishi Pajero's high point.
Needless to say, nothing wrong with a Gen 2, lots of us have em and we love them.
