I have a a technical question

Maybe some guru can help here.
evey so often when pulling away from start reverse or forward and sometimes turning a hear this loud clack noise at my right rear wheel. I have taken off the wheel and caliper as well as the brake disc but could see no fault. I also ahve no oil leaks on seal side. I have picked up a light humming sound at 60 to 80 km/h but nothing at higher speeds.
Any possibilities to have a look at?

I also noticed a previous comment on a clacking/rattling sound coming from right driver side and so far determined that it can only be from the steering as the it seems the bush or bushes are worn . Is this a big job to replace ?

I have felt that the knuckle have some loose rattling and think therefore that the problem can be there.
Is there anything in the steering box itself that can be loose?

I have replaced all ball joints on front suspension as well as steering links and the pitman arm.
Any suggestions will help to determine the cause of this loud clack noise. I am scared that it might be from the sideshaft or possible emminant wheel bearing failure?
Thanks
Kind Regards
