What's the difference-Gen 2 &2.5 3.5L Pajeros
PLEASE HELP

What is the difference between Gen 2 &2.5 3.5L DOHC, both with Rear Difflocks, beside the Blister fender for the Gen 2.5. Is it all about looks but both has the same output and ability off road?

Some Gen2's also are fitted with Cruise Control. There are no differences in the motors

As far as I know the only SA spec Gen 2s that had rear diff locks were the Blister Fenders (i.e. Gen 2.5s). The older ones had a rear limited slip diff.

Gerhard's answer was my ideas as well, must have had it fitted later. Other than the cosmetics I would say only the price that you would pay, the blister fender does fetch a better price ;)
