Those 3.5 V6 machines are nice, maybe heavy on the juice but hardy motors.

My previous 1999 3.5 V6 ate my friend's Polo 1.9TDi high-spec between traffic lights, a few times! He could not beat me up until the 3rd gear. Uphill was a different ball game though....

I was surprised last night how my current 2005 3.2DID stayed side by side with the same friend's Gen4 2008 3.2DID Common rail. Seemed as if there was no difference on flat or uphill slopes.
