Hi all, I have a 2006 Gen 3 SWB having done 120,000ks, the front suspension creeks and growns when travelling slowly over bumps or turning the steering, its as if all the bushes are dry. I have had the suspension checked at the dealer who found nothing, I have sprayed all bushes with WD40,can't stop it, it so irritating. anybody had the problem, any fixes please.

I have come across this kind of noise once when I had a large solid skid plate/sump guard installed which were touching against the chassis at a point where there was no bolt nearby. It could not flex with the rest of the chassis and caused this kind of noise.
