My 95 Model SWB V6 3L has an electrical start problem - there is a noice (rrrrrrr) coming from the (attached pic) area.

Can anyone tell me what this noise it. It happens has I turn the ignition

Common failure. Do a google - plenty on it.

There not a lot you can do to the ICV unfortunately. If you struggle with getting a spare one I have one which I might consider letting go... It's used but functional

Just a quick question

Can this ICV be the cause of my Paj not starting at all? Ive checked everything else and everything is working except for the ICV which is making a (rrrrrr) noise
