Didn't know Gauteng had a long enough down-hill to get a diesel to go that fast :D
Grap gat! :p

At least we still have fuel in the tank at the end of a downhill!
Re: Active Stability an Taction Controls
Sorry about he spelling of "Traction" in the post name.

Well this is just feedback from me:

The above problem although not serious enough to stop me started suddenly to appear frequently. My wife and I went to Barberton from Pretoria two weeks ago and on the way back coming up the hills it was a constant problem and I simply lacked power up the hills. I decided to take the vehicle to Alan Black myself and ask their advice. Bradley (an amazingly helpful chap) did the analysis and confirmed it was the pump. He then took me into their workshop and showed me the possible problem it could be and how they would simulate the problem on their electronic equipment.

Well I booked the car in a week later and asked them to check the injectors at the same time (can't remember when last the agent did this check). I was expecting a massive bill because of what Mitsubishi Brooklyn told me it would cost and to my surprise it tuned out about half that cost and this included replacing the injectors.

My vehicle has done over 270,000 km and I must tell you it feels great again. Thanks to Bradley, Crone at Alan Black. You were great. Now my vehicle has life once more and is certainly cheaper than buying a new vehicle.

I highly recommend the visit to Alan Black.

Cheers
