It is still all systems go for the last weekend in September.
Am busy looking at a completely different route.
Am also investigating the possibility of a real tough challange for the Sunday morning, if there are hard core 4x4 guys interested.

It is still all systems go from my side. The date is still the last weekend in September.
I recommend we stick to the previous form:
Everybody drift into town on the Friday evening, we meet up at Diggers Retreat on the Sat morning. Crawl over some mountains for the day and have a get-together at Diggers Retreat that evening. Sunday morning is open for suggestions.
