Ironically my car has not done it again for quite a while, until Sunday morning. and then I noticed it happend when I got to the first click of the key ie 'Accesories'
Im not sure it is the same as yours as mine is definitly in the cabin. Im not hearing it from outside.
For the last few days , everytime I have started the car, I have had my phone on record hoping to catch the offending noise. The one time I dont have it ready (it was 5am, last thing on my mind)and it makes the noise !
