Hi guys
New here to the forum and just wanting to get some advice on getting new bumpers for my Pajero Blister fender "gen2.5".
I have spoken to a company called Burnco that is located in Stikland Industrial. They want to charge me 8250.00 for a winchbar front (no Winch) and 7750 for back bumper.
My reasons for wanting to get the upgrade is that the plastic bumpers are really not strong. I had the car resprayed and everything looking nice. I went 4x4 twice and every bumper is sitting out of position and scratched and damaged. I dont mind the scratches its just the bumpers that sitting every were but where they need to is bugging me.
So my question is will there be any increase in 4x4 maneuverability? I see that the front will have a better approach angle but i fail to see the the rear will improve. The chassis sits rite against the bumper. Actually sticks out a bit so even moving the bumper up or making it closer to the body wont help all that's gonna happen is the chassis will hit instead of the bumper.
Thanks for any help in advances guys.
Did mine DIY for about 2K. Gained 7 deg on departure angle (without the tow bar of course) with the addition of descent recovery points. You can also add high lift jack points.

Hello
I see you have a CRD sticker ON your car. They did my motor conversion for me. I will print this picture and show it to burnco and hopefully i gain the 7 Deg also. Did you have to do any cutting on the body?
Thank you for your help.

I only cut down the mounting brackets, its shorter than the stock bumper: hence the gains.
