You need to resize it. Download Irfanview, resize the pic to about 640x480, save as a new jpeg, set the size of pic to about 100kb in the pop-up window when you save.

Gina, you are right, a Paj doesn't need sand ladders I wont patent them either, because I got the idea (and copied it) from our Ozzi friends.
