Hi all
The fuel gauge shows a quarter tank left, but the display shows no distance remaining.
I disconnected the battery, but the display still shows no reading upon reconnection.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
how does a reset occur when re-fuelling?
Thanks

Mine sometimes got confused if I did not fill the tank completely when it was near empty. It did not update the range function. If i filled up all the way it works as it should.

Jip. You need to pour a solid chunk of petrol into the tank to stir up the sensor. Hope your bank manager has a strong heart.

I did that and the display is almost normal...
I put in R200(I know that's just a couple of drops
), which is 14 litres, and the range shows 188 km left, which roughly equates to 13km/l,and that would be just fantastic!!
All is good and everything works as it should.
Thanks for the guidance
