I enjoy the logistics of doing something like that. When I was "coporate" I used to do an annual event that became a big hit with all the vehicle manufacturers.
What about two events per year?
Maybe one at the coast and one inland?.
That way everyone has a better chance of attending?
Also be able to give some local guys the chance to be included in the arrangements?

We (myself + wife + grandson + son Albert + partner) will also join in, depending on the arrival date of the new grand child. I think the chance of being there is 95%.
