I bought a Pajero 5 door 3.2 did LSE with a front right wheel accident looked like the previous own hit a muddy ditch which bent the sub frame, broke the drivers side front mag, bent the lower control arm, steering rack and small amount of damage on bumper and lights. The motor is in good running condition; all doors opened and closed normal. Protective covers for under carriage were broken.
I have done a few rebuilds and wanted to do the pajero for myself. I built a chassis straighter, i pulled the chassis and started panel beating the front end, to a point where I was happy with the alignment i also put it a new sub frame and under carriage parts.
I drove it for 2 weeks until i had to take it in to pajero for a small service. The mechanic then told me the chassis still needs a small alignment on engine mounting and lower control on drivers side. I need to find out if anyone knows a pajero chassis straighteners specialist? In Eastrand or close by.
