Anyway I stand to be corrected. It was a long time ago on my previous Pajero.

I'm absolutely sure that all my Pajeros could cruise at 40.
My current truck has a little "control wheel" to adjust the speed with, I can actually get it a hair's width under 40. It does however do that in 3rd gear, 4th is just too high

Hi everyone, I also have a problem with my cc, it works great and after some time on the open road, my cc stops working and the engine light comes on. If I stop and switch the engine off, all goes back to normal. I have a GLS DID 3.2 2003. Your advise would be great, thank you.

Are you sure it is linked to the Cruise control? Ie does it not also do that on the open road after a while if driven without cc?
Also have you done the DIY fault code check, still possible on your gen3, to see if there are any fault codes stored that might lead you to the cause?

hi guys, i did ask for advice previously on my 2012 did cruise control - definitely something wrong... even cruising at 120km/h. when going downhill the vehicle starts jerking/surging. i do not think the vehicle applies auto braking, but should also 'cut out' when overspeeding. i am confident it must be some sort of setting? please help?
regards all - fantastic new year to you all.
