Gen 3 Central Locking reprogramming?

Hi.

Is it possible with the standard electronics fitted to reprogram the central locking so it will lock when I switch on the ignition and unlock when I switch it off? I am looking for a diy way not taking it to the dealers.

Has anyone every managed this?
Or possibly get it to lock at 40km/h or such?
