It normally helps to stop, switch off ignition and re-start the engine - all is fine again.
The W/S-manual does mention the switches - need to be cleaned sometimes.

Front diff vacuum booster probleem. Ek is nie tegnies nie, maar hy het die pen wat inskop as jy na 4H toe gaan "ge-lubricate"

My problems are solved. Bernard from BB motors found the problem. It was the selector switch next to the 4x4 selector. It is a switch with a PC board. That was faulty. I got a part for half price, and yes no more problems.

Glad you got it sorted and glad to hear there is still good cervice out there. If you don't mind sharing with us, how much did the whole issue cost in the end?
