The 18" 60% profile tyres simply don't have enough air and rubber to play with, in particular when carrying a big load.

My LWB GLX was loaded much the same as yours on a recent Kgalagadi trip. Instead of the rooftop tent I has a 2nd spare wheel and all the wood for the 3 car convoy. In addition there was an offroad trailer on the towbar.
No issues at all.
The EFS coils and airbags helped (before that there was significant sag with the trailer hooked on).
Granted there were no rocks to climb on that trip.

The bashplates provide a lot of reassurance.
