I need to have a hard polish to remove bush scratches . Any recommendations on the East Rand Gauteng

You need to get a Scratch Removing Polish, like Meguiars. i have had very good results with said polish. What ever you do, DO NOT let the polish dry on the bodywork. It's an absolute PITA, to remove the dried on residue. Use an empty spray bottle filled with water and keep the area moist.
As for the actual car wax, personal choice. I have found over the last 40 odd years, they are all pretty much the same. The only difference is price. I tend to polish my cars at least one a month, its the sun that breaks down the polish, that and whatever passes for car shampoo at the car wash these days.
Polishing is like cleaning the pool, a bit mindless but the results are worth it. My bus is 16 years old and i have lost count the number of times people come up to me wanting to buy it.
