In a way I envy you (now ,not the past) , doing what you want to do and no worries.
But marriage with the right partner (friend, lover and soulmate) is beautiful and also worth considering and it is definitely live changing as well.
Enjoy the freedom and independence ...it is also worth quite a lot...
Hi There
I spent a bit of time on the forum searching for answers but with no luck so I would appreciate some direction if anyone had a similar problem as my local Mitsubishi dealer has no idea.
I recently bought a 2003 3.2 SWB which had an after market radio fitted to it. (I still have the old radio and CD shuttle) From what I have read on the forum the on board computer display should still work but when I switch on the car it displays for 30 seconds and then gives a communication error. I took it to a renown local radio installer and spent an hour connecting all loose wires (if there was any I will never know) but it is still doing the same.
Any suggestions would be appreciated as it bothers me when I look at the screen display and would really like the use of it. If I need to post this elsewhere please tell me.
Thanks Guys!

I have absolutely no problem with mine. I got the correct wiring adapter from the crowd in 7th avenue, just off Rivonia.
The adapter is colour matched to the original wiring and apart from getting the correct shrink tubing of the correct diameter, I
soldered the wiring ,shrank the tube, plugged in and no problems what so ever. You only lose the RDS display, from the original radio/cassette head unit. Everything works as normal. Hope you come right.
