Tyre size problem or Suspension Problem?

Hello, I am restoring a Pajero 1995, bought it off a friend of mine. I noticed the front end sits lower than than the rear end, and the front tyre is slightly smaller than the rear, and something about its aesthetics is off. My friend insists that's how it's supposed to be but my OCD will not let me rest easy. My vision during the restoration process is to put similar wheels and rim sizes, and a standard ride height, front and rear (and similar spec spare wheel). Kindly critique my thoughts and give advice on the same. I have attached a side profile pic of the paj before it went to the garage. Your insights will be highly appreciated. Komz from Kenya
