Suspension Refresh 2006 SWB 3.2 GLS
Hi Community,

Thank you in advance for your help and advice here.

My Paj has 385 000kms on the clock and is in great condition, however, I have no records of the shocks or springs ever being replaced (I assume they must have been at some stage).

Last year I had the lower control arms replaced which addressed some "crashiness" in the ride.

I have noticed that it appears the back of the vehicle sits lower than the front, I am unsure if this is due to the front springs being replaced or is it because the rears have sagged over time.

I am looking for the following advice:

I am trying to make the ride as smooth as possible, I do not want to lift the suspension as I use the Pajero for surftrips 99% on road with the occasional dirt road (no real 4x4).

Therefore standard ride height with the most quiet and comfortable ride.

Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.

(I am based in Cape town Southern Peninsula)
