I drive bad roads most of the time, and therefore, do a lot with the 4x4 system on my pajero.
It is always worked before, except about 3 weeks ago it started this: The central diff when going into 4HLc, just keeps flashing. I originally thought it was simply a sensor issue, however, it does not engage at all, even after 30min. This means that my rear diff lock won’t engage either because the central diff has not engaged.
Is it a vacuum problem? I have had problems with the rear diff before, but had it checked last week and the mech says its fine.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
