You can get a 97 with low km (<200K) for between R60K and R80K, dependent on place, physical condition, colour (whites are more expensive), urgency to sell and "normal" market conditions (supply and demand at the time you are willing and able to buy).
Rather pay a little more for mechanical surity (verified service record). It is always a good idea to have the vehicle tested OBJECTIVELY (otherwise your heart may rule over your mind). The AA has a service to do this at a reasonable fee.
Price is relative, and by looking around you can normally do much better with little (or no-) extra money.
