Andre, I was just wondering if there would have to be any other changes made.
For example: torsion bars, brake lines etc. since I already have a slight lift with the OME suspension.
Would it be possible to take some photos of the work done?

What Andre has installed is a suspension lift and not a body lift. He has fitted spacers between the front coil-over-shock struts and the body and between the rear coils and the body.
This kind of lift obviously does not increase the spring rates, so there is less of a detrimental effect on suspension flex than when the springs are replaced by Ironman/OME for instance.
Another aspect beneficial to flex is that the spacer lift does not alter the original front suspension bump and rebound travel available. It does mean that the front sideshafts can adopt more extreme angles than before, though.
If the rear shocks are also spaced away from the lower suspension arms via an adapter bracket, the rear suspension bump and rebound travel could also be returned to standard values, which would mean that the spacer lift would have had no detrimental effect on flex, but then the rear sideshafts would also be able to assume more acute angles than before.
The Gen 2 can not really be fitted with a suspension spacer lift at the front, due to the torsion bar suspension, but at the rear it could.
The same effect as would be obtained from a front suspension spacer lift on a Gen 3 could be gained on a Gen 2 for free: Simply adjust the torsion bars to increase the ride height and then shave the rebound stops thinner to restore rebound travel...

I did not want to go the body lift route since that is a really big job, done properly.
I was hoping I could get a "quick fix" to enable a set of 33" tyres to get under the arches without rubbing.
Do you think this could be achieved with just a torsion bar adjustment at the front and spacers at the rear?

That's exactly what I did. Fitted a solid piece of steel on the back Coil. Nicely machined...And a rather ingenious spacer in the front.
The front shock bolts onto the spacer and then the spacer bolts onto the body.

I assume it was only spring spacers, not shock spacers? (from SA 4x4 store) ?
Are those tires stock size? 265/70/16?
Have you measured the height yet? I think my stock SWB Gen3 is around 505mm from centre of wheel to fender trim edge (front and back).
