I had the front bush on my lower control arms replaced by Syd's Suspension Solutions in Pretoria West, I had to take the control arm to them, to remove the old bush and press the new bush. The rear bush on the lower control arm is not that easy, you have to press it out and it is fixed to the chassis. I asked the guys at Suspension Solutions and they said that they can replace it if the car is there. As far as I know the upper control arm bushes are not sold separately, you have to buy the entire control arm.

Remove the bump stops under the top control arm them release the torsion bars afer you connect the top and bottom control arms put a jack under the bottom control arm and lift till you can slide the bump stops back in and bolt them up.This was how i did it on my own and im sure to start with i swore more than you.
